What you asked for
Three nights, three cities, 240 guests a night. The NF-1 has to be heard properly before anyone writes a word about it.
Nachtform closed its Series B in May. The NF-1 is your first over-ear headphone and ships on 18 October. You asked for launch nights in Berlin, Paris and Milan for press, retail buyers and creators.
What is at stake: a reviewer who hears the NF-1 in a loud bar hears a worse product. Our answer is a room built for listening. If we have any of this wrong, tell us before you read on.
The launch in numbers
Two identical kits leapfrog between cities. Nothing is built twice.

How we get to 12 October
Six stages. Each ends with a decision from you, in writing.
Concept, four weeks
Three rooms, one route. You receive a 3D venue walkthrough by 2 July and walk it on a laptop before any booking is made.
Venues, two weeks
Shortlist of three per city, site visits on 6, 8 and 9 July. Constraints logged per venue: curfew, floor load, power, rig points.
Production planning, eight weeks
Live production schedule, supplier tender, RAMS for each venue. Suppliers locked on 14 September, four weeks out.
Build and load-in
Berlin from 7 October. Paris from 11 October. Kit A drives Berlin to Milan overnight on 13 October.
Live, three nights
One producer per city, one technical director across all three. Run of show rehearsed in full the afternoon before each night.
Derig and report
Derig the morning after each night. Guest data, dwell time and carbon per guest reported by 29 October.
Launches we ran, and who ran them
Spannweite Live, Berlin since 2016, 14 people. Clara Weidemann produces your launch. Tobi Asante is technical director. Mira Lindner runs Paris.

Terms and assumptions
Written now so that launch week is uneventful.
What the budget excludes
Venue hire, catering, drinks, talent fees and travel for your own team. We estimate each before you commit. You contract the supplier directly, so there is no margin in the middle.
Payment schedule
50% on signature, 30% on 14 September when suppliers lock, 20% after the impact report. The deposit is non-refundable once venues are held.
Cancellation
Sliding scale on the total. 25% inside 60 days of 12 October, 50% inside 30 days, 100% inside 14 days. By then crew are booked and both kits are built.
Guest numbers and variance
Quoted on 240 guests a night. Final numbers on 28 September. Each guest above 240 adds 38 in production cost per night. Numbers can fall after that date. Cost cannot.
Contingency
7% of production, held for weather on load-in days, supplier failure and the things nobody predicts. Unspent contingency is not invoiced.
Guest data
Captured at check-in with explicit consent, GDPR compliant, stored in the EU. You own the data. We delete our copy 30 days after the report.
Next step
This proposal holds until 31 May 2027. Venue holds in Paris expire on 4 June, so a signature by then keeps the shortlist intact.
