Electric cargo bike under a spotlight on a factory floor
Your brief

What we understood

The T-Cargo is Tramonte's first cargo e-bike and its first product sold outside France. The launch has to put it in front of every dealer at once, before the spring order window closes.

Your dealers are in four countries and most will not travel in November. The 38 titles on your press list want to ride the bike, not watch a stream of it.

So the event has two audiences with different needs, on the same evening. If we have that wrong, tell us before the options below, because everything follows from it.

Press ride it in Bègles. Dealers watch it live from their own shops.

Why the first fortnight decides it

Source: Tramonte dealer portal, orders logged after the T-City launch. Almost two thirds of first orders arrived inside two weeks, and almost nothing came after week four.

First orders by week after launch

A. One venue, streamed

Press and local dealers in a Bordeaux venue, everyone else on the stream. The cheapest route, and the one where remote dealers feel most like an audience. We would expect fewer first-fortnight orders outside France.

Cargo e-bike on a stage in a modern venue

B. The factory floor, live

Recommended. The reveal happens on your Bègles assembly line, press ride the bike in the yard, and four dealer watch parties in Lyon, Cologne, Ghent and Utrecht join live with a host and a demo bike each.

Bicycle assembly line set for a live broadcast

C. Two cities, two stages

Bordeaux and Cologne run in parallel with a shared stream. The strongest signal to the German market, but it doubles the crew and splits your leadership team across two rooms.

Two event stages with cargo bikes

Twenty weeks, counted back from 18 November

The same five stages whichever format you choose. Only the build and the crew change.

Format and run of show

Three weeks from 5 July. One workshop with your product and sales leads, then a minute-by-minute run of show you can comment on live.

Factory survey and permits

Power, noise and safety on a working assembly line. Your plant manager signs off the RAMS before anything is ordered.

Watch-party kits

Each host city gets a demo bike, a screen kit and a script by 1 November. Dealers register in the guest app, with consent for follow-up.

Rehearsal and live

Full technical rehearsal on 17 November, show on the 18th. The stream runs in French, German and Dutch with live captions.

Report within ten days

Viewers by minute, dealer attendance by city, press coverage and orders logged in the first fortnight.

Fees for each format

In euros HT, VAT at 20% on top. Project management is 10% of the lines and contingency 6%, invoiced only if used. Payment 50% on signature, 30% on 1 October, 20% after the report. We recommend format B.

Who you would be working with

Ferval is nine people on the quai de Brazza. Inès Lacombe would lead your launch and Hugo Mercadier would direct the stream.

If you choose us

We hold the 18 November crew and stream booking until Friday 25 June 2027. Cancellation after 1 October costs 50% of the fee, and 100% inside 21 days of the show, because crew and kit are committed by then.
